# Advanced operations

> Contracts for imports, synchronization, and symbol configuration.

These operations are intended for integrations that import existing accounts or manage multiple MT5 groups. They are not required for the minimum workflow.

## History synchronization

| Method | Path |
| - | - |
| `POST` | `/api/v1/mam/accounts/{account_login}/history-sync` |
| `GET` | `/api/v1/mam/accounts/{account_login}/history-sync` |

The body accepts `from_at`, `to_at`, `required_before_subscription`, and `requested_by`.

## External MT5 movements

`POST /api/v1/mam/accounts/{account_login}/balance-transactions/sync-mt5` includes balance movements that did not pass through the API. It accepts `lookback_hours` or a `from_at`/`to_at` interval.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Use this synchronization only for controlled reconciliation of external movements. New operations must go through the idempotent deposit and withdrawal endpoints.

## Symbol mappings

| Method | Path |
| - | - |
| `GET` | `/api/v1/mam/symbol-mappings` |
| `POST` | `/api/v1/mam/symbol-mappings` |
| `PATCH` | `/api/v1/mam/symbol-mappings/{mapping_id}` |
| `POST` | `/api/v1/mam/symbol-mappings/sync-global` |

`MANUAL` mappings must be preserved during automatic synchronization. Run first with `dry_run=true` and review the issue summary.

## Deliberately omitted endpoints

This documentation does not publish contracts for the MT5 agent, deal ingestion, internal position links, internal fee calculation or crystallization, internal equity-stop callbacks, or administrative panels.
