# Leaders

> Strategy profile and PAYMENT account endpoints.

| `GET` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders` | Lists profiles with filters and pagination. |
| `POST` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders/query` | Retrieves a batch of logins through the body. |
| `POST` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders` | Creates a profile on an existing MAM account. |
| `GET` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders/{leader_id}` | Retrieves the profile by internal ID. |
| `PATCH` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders/{leader_id}` | Updates presentation, limits, fee, propagation, or status. |
| `GET` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders/{master_login}/payment-account/balance` | Retrieves the associated PAYMENT balance. |
| `POST` | `/api/v1/mam/leaders/{master_login}/payment-account/withdraw` | Withdraws funds from the PAYMENT account. |

## Fee periods

`performance_fee_period` accepts:

Short periods are appropriate for controlled testing. The effective schedule depends on the time zone configured for the environment.

## Important restrictions

* `account_login` references the operational account.
* Omit `payment_account_login` or send `null` for automatic creation.
* `performance_fee_rate` ranges from `0` to `1`.
* `min_deposit` accepts values greater than or equal to `0`.
* `PATCH` does not reassign the PAYMENT account.

`propagation_mode="CASCADE"` allows copied trades to continue through a master hierarchy. Revenue sharing requires a separate agreement documented in [Cascade fees](https://mam-api.exuratech.com/reference/cascade-fees.md).
