# Release notes

> Product updates and new capabilities in ExuraCopy MAM.

## September 7, 2026

### Added: Cascade Fee

ExuraCopy MAM now supports **Cascade Fee** agreements: an upstream master can receive a configurable percentage of the performance fees earned by its direct downstream master.

* **Configurable revenue sharing.** Create, update or deactivate an agreement between eligible masters in a direct cascade relationship.
* **Settlement after performance-fee collection.** Charges are created only after the downstream master receives a confirmed performance-fee credit, then settled between the masters' dedicated PAYMENT accounts.
* **Reserved funds and charge tracking.** Pending fees are reflected in the downstream PAYMENT account's available withdrawal amount, with charge history and summaries for reconciliation.

For example, if the downstream master receives `200.00 USD` in performance fees and the agreement rate is `20%`, the cascade fee is `200.00 × 0.20 = 40.00 USD`, so the upstream master receives `40.00 USD`.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Cascade Fee shares the downstream master's performance-fee income. It is not an additional fee on the investor's profit, and cascade-fee credits do not trigger further cascade fees. Trade propagation and fee-sharing agreements are configured separately.

Read the [configuration guide](https://mam-api.exuratech.com/guides/cascade-fees.md) for eligibility requirements and settlement details, or explore the [API reference](https://mam-api.exuratech.com/reference/cascade-fees.md).
