Large queries

Prefer the POST .../query variants when the number of logins may exceed a reasonable URL length. These endpoints are queries: the POST method does not create or modify resources.

Pagination

History endpoints return opaque cursors or continuation IDs depending on the resource. Always use the value returned by the API.
